KUTS designers Alissa Priebe and David Cater of OUTPOSTS-LA have completed the Concept Master Plan for the first pilot trail for KUTS: Clay South!
KUTS is now implementing parts of the Clay South pilot trail, one baby step at a time. The current focus is to connect downtown to the Doyle Neighborhood, via Clay, Jefferson, and Hays Streets:
